13 Weeks Guaranteed hours: 40 Responsibilities Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, sterilize, and distribute surgical instruments and equipment according to established protocols Maintain accurate inventory management of sterile supplies and instruments to ensure availability and compliance Follow strict aseptic techniques during all stages of processing to prevent contamination Document sterilization cycles, equipment maintenance, and quality control measures meticulously Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure all necessary instruments are prepared and ready for procedures Monitor and verify the integrity of sterilization processes using appropriate indicators and testing methods Assist in managing stock levels and ordering supplies to maintain operational efficiency Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control guidelines at all times Participate in ongoing training related to anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and sterile processing best practicesRequirements:
Must have 5 years' experience in addition to 3 years Team Lead experience in a hospital setting.BLS AHA CBSPD/HSPA
