DISC Surgery Center is seeking a per diem Sterile Processing Technician for our Carlsbad location. This position will have a varied schedule, dependent on volume. Our location is currently operating Monday
  • Friday.
In this position, you will: Maintain instruments and equipment Prepare instrumentation, equipment, and sterile supplies for scheduled surgical procedures. Provide patient care to meet identified patient outcomes and achieve the center's goals as directed by the Administrator/Director of Nurses To ensure success in this role, you should have: Certification in Sterile Processing 2 years professional experience in sterile processing role Understanding of sterilization and high-level disinfection technologies, including industry-standardized principles and practices in sterilization and disinfection Current BCLS Certification The ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl and lift

$30.00
