Experience :

2+ years of experience is required Requirements Must be an experienced Sterile Processing Technician Must have current CPR certification Current certification with the California Board of Sterile Processing (CBSPD), Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA), or equivalent certification preferred Strong knowledge of sterilization procedures, infection prevention, and instrument handling Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Responsibilities Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, sterilize, and distribute surgical instruments and medical equipment Maintain accurate sterilization records and documentation Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control guidelines Monitor and operate sterilization equipment properly Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure timely instrument availability Benefits Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Professional and supportive work environment Opportunities for career growth (JY01)
