  • 10:30 PM) | 40 hours/week Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician with sterile processing experience to support instrument inspection, decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and quality assurance operations.
This role focuses heavily on patient safety, compliance standards, and process accuracy within a fast-paced sterile processing environment. Key Responsibilities Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment Follow
ANSI/AAMI
standards , IFUs, SOPs, and infection control protocols Inspect instruments for cleanliness, functionality, and damage before packaging Operate washers, sterilizers, autoclaves, and related processing equipment Maintain accurate sterilization records, tracking logs, and inventory documentation Identify and document damaged or missing instruments Support quality assurance initiatives and workflow improvements Maintain clean and organized workstations and decontamination areas Collaborate with sterile processing and operations teams Requirements Minimum 2 years of sterile processing experience Strong knowledge of decontamination, assembly, and sterilization procedures Experience with steam sterilization and infection control practices Familiarity with
ANSI/AAMI
standards and manufacturer IFUs Ability to operate sterilization and washer/disinfector equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and electronic documentation skills CRCST, CIS, or equivalent sterile processing certification required High School Diploma or equivalent required Preferred Qualifications Previous quality control experience in sterile processing Additional Information Contract-to-hire opportunity Full-time hours available Multiple openings available
