  • 2pm-1030pm Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Coordinator to oversee daily sterile processing operations and lead a team of technicians.
This role ensures efficient workflow, regulatory compliance, and high-quality instrument reprocessing in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise sterile processing staff and coordinate shift workflow Oversee decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and distribution of instruments Ensure compliance with sterilization standards and infection control policies Conduct quality assurance audits and maintain accurate documentation Train and mentor staff to support performance and development Manage equipment maintenance and inventory processes Collaborate with departments to ensure timely instrument availability Support safety initiatives and continuous quality improvement
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Certification:
CRCST required; CIS or healthcare leadership certification preferred
Experience:
3+ years sterile processing experience with 2+ years in a leadership role
Skills:
Strong leadership, organization, communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
