Temp to perm Job summary : The Sterile Processing Quality Control Technician ensures the highest standards of instrument cleanliness, assembly accuracy, and quality assurance in sterile processing operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of one (2) year of hands-on experience in sterile processing, demonstrating proficiency in decontamination, assembly, and sterilization procedures.
• General knowledge of surgical instruments and processing protocols.
• Knowledge of sterilization techniques, including steam sterilization and infection control practices.
• Familiarity with

ANSI/AAMI

standards and manufacturer Instructions for Use (IFUs).

• Skill in operating washer disinfectors, autoclaves, and other related equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Two (2) years of hands-on experience in sterile processing, demonstrating proficiency in decontamination, assembly, and sterilization procedures.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• General knowledge of surgical instruments and processing protocols.
• Knowledge of sterilization techniques, including steam sterilization and infection control practices.
• Familiarity with

standards and manufacturer Instructions for Use (IFUs).

• Skill in operating washer disinfectors, autoclaves, and other related equipment.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
