July 20th, 2026 (Tentative) Pay range: $30.00/hr -$33.00/hr Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Technician / Quality Control Technician to join a growing sterile processing team. This position is ideal for professionals with strong experience in decontamination, instrument inspection, tray assembly, sterilization, and quality assurance . The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of sterile processing experience , holds a CRCST (or CIS) certification , and is passionate about ensuring surgical instruments meet the highest quality and safety standards. (BI02) Responsibilities Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments according to
ANSI/AAMI
standards and manufacturer IFUs. Perform detailed quality inspections for cleanliness, functionality, and instrument integrity. Assemble and package instrument trays accurately. Operate washer disinfectors, autoclaves, and sterilization equipment. Document damaged or missing instruments and maintain accurate processing records. Monitor sterilization cycles, instrument tracking, and inventory. Maintain clean and organized work areas while following infection prevention protocols. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 2 years of Sterile Processing experience. Current CRCST certification required (CIS also accepted).

Decontamination Instrument assembly Steam sterilization Surgical instruments Infection prevention

standards Basic computer skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment. Preferred Qualifications Previous Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience in Sterile Processing. Experience inspecting complex surgical instrument sets. Familiarity with instrument tracking systems.
Pay:
