Part-Time Sterilization Technician — $18/hr + Growth Opportunities Saturdays Availability Required | Supportive Team | Entry-Level Friendly We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Sterilization Technician to join our team full-time. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their dental career who is motivated, eager to learn, and excited to grow in a supportive clinical environment. This position requires Saturday availability and offers monthly bonuses, hands-on training, and exposure to dental operations.

Compensation & Bonus Structure Hourly Pay:

Starting at $18 per hour , with opportunities to pick up additional hours across offices.

Monthly Bonuses:

Responsibilities Sterilize instruments following OSHA and infection-control protocols Maintain clean, organized operatories and sterilization areas Prepare trays, materials, and equipment for procedures Monitor and restock supplies Support the clinical team with room turnover Manage daily, weekly, and monthly sterilization logs Assist with basic lab case organization and tracking Perform additional tasks as assigned by the clinical team Qualifications Interest in dental or medical environments (experience preferred but not required) High School Diploma or GED Strong attention to detail and reliability Good communication and organizational skills Ability to follow procedures accurately and maintain a clean, safe workspace Must be available to work Saturdays CPR/BLS and Infection Control training preferred (or willing to obtain) To Apply Please submit your resume to charlene@clovedds.com along with a short note about why you're interested in joining our team.
