40 hours/week (4x10s) Position Overview We are seeking a Certified Sterile Processing Technician (CSPT) for a travel assignment. This role is essential in ensuring the proper sterilization, preparation, and distribution of surgical instruments and medical equipment to support safe and efficient patient care. Key Responsibilities Clean, decontaminate, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment Assemble and prepare surgical trays and instrument sets Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards Distribute sterile supplies and equipment to patient care areas Maintain proper documentation and tracking of sterilization processes Requirements Sterile Processing Technician Certification (Required) High School Diploma or GED (Required) Associate or Technical Degree (Preferred) Strong attention to detail and knowledge of sterilization procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
