5 Days/Week | 8 Hours/Day (40 Hours/Week) Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a detail-oriented Sterile Processing Technician to support a healthcare facility by ensuring the proper decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and maintenance of surgical instruments. This role is critical in maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and infection control. Key Responsibilities Perform cleaning, decontamination, and sterilization of surgical instruments per industry standards and manufacturer guidelines Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble complex instruments Assemble and package instrument trays accurately Operate sterilization equipment (autoclaves, washer disinfectors) Inspect instruments for cleanliness, functionality, and defects Maintain sterilization records, tracking logs, and inventory Monitor supply levels and ensure timely restocking Perform routine maintenance of equipment and maintain a compliant workspace Complete daily documentation and system updates Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of sterile processing experience Certification required (CRCST, CIS, or equivalent) For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
