About the Role We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our growing team. This role is critical to maintaining the highest standards of infection control and ensuring our clinical team has the instruments and supplies needed to provide outstanding patient care. Our office is a very fast-paced, high-volume pediatric dental practice. We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment, works with urgency, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities Clean, disinfect, package, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to OSHA and CDC guidelines. Monitor sterilization equipment and maintain required logs and documentation. Organize and maintain instrument inventory and supply levels. Assist with operatory turnover to support efficient patient flow throughout the day. Ensure treatment rooms and sterilization areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked. Follow all infection control, safety, and office protocols. Support dental assistant team members as needed to maintain workflow and efficiency. Qualifications Previous dental sterilization, dental assisting, or clinical experience preferred. Strong understanding of infection control procedures and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
