Monday-Friday 2p-10:30p

• $5,000 Sign On Bonus Selects appropriate materials and sterilization methods, ensuring proper packaging and aseptic technique for all instrument sets.

Operates and monitors sterilization equipment, verifying parameters, reviewing printouts, and maintaining accurate records/logs. Inspects, decontaminates, and assembles surgical instruments and trays, ensuring functionality and completeness. Ensures compliance with sterility standards, including indicators, lot tracking, and recall procedures for failed sterilization. Communicates and collaborates across departments while supporting training, workflow rotation, and departmental operations.

• Understanding of the principles of microbiology, aseptic principles and techniques, and infection control as they apply to sterile supply operation. [Required]
• Basic knowledge of prevention of cross contamination and the critical nature of nosocomial infections. [Required]
• Knowledge of the use, operation, maintenance, assembly, disassembly and cleaning requirements of the full range of instruments and equipment.

• Technical/Vocational School [Preferred]

Field of Study:

Work Experience:

• 1+ related experience [Preferred]

Additional Information:

N/A Licenses and Certifications:

• Certified Registered Central Service Tech (CRCST) [Required] OR
• Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) [Required]
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Preferred]

Pay Range:
