Sterilization Technician — Alexandria, LA $15-$16/hr | Full-time | Direct Hire Join a fast-paced, patient-centered dental practice where your work directly supports excellent care. We're looking for a dependable Sterilization Technician to keep our instruments, equipment, and clinical spaces safe, clean, and ready for daily procedures. Responsibilities Sterilize, disinfect, and prepare instruments Maintain sterilization equipment and required logs Assemble trays for scheduled procedures Keep work areas clean and organized Provide general support to the clinical team Qualifications Experience with dental or medical sterilization Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Efficient, organized, and able to work at a steady pace Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented What We Offer Stable, permanent position with a respected practice Monday-Friday schedule with half-day Fridays Supportive team environment that values your role Apply Today!
