We're currently seeking a Sterile Processing Technician to join our team at a surgery center where precision, dedication, and a commitment to excellence are essential. Position Summary As a Sterile Processing Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting safe surgical outcomes by ensuring the proper decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instruments. You'll work closely with our Surgical Support team, who specialize in supporting minimally invasive procedures in the Operating Room. This is a physically active, non-sedentary role that requires frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, walking between hospital departments, and extended time on your feet.

Key Responsibilities:

Decontaminate, clean, assemble, and package surgical instruments. Perform proper sterilization and prepare instruments for use in surgical procedures. Maintain compliance with infection control and aseptic techniques. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless case support.

Note:

If you are not yet certified, CSI will fully sponsor your certification process, including study materials, application fees, and hours needed to sit for the exam. Certification is required within 6 months of your start date.

What We Offer Compensation:

Uncertified:

$19.00/hour Certified (CRCST): $20.44/hour Biweekly pay, based on experience and education
