Adult & Pediatric Dental Care - Coldwater, MI Adult & Pediatric Dental Care is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Sterile Processing Technician to join our growing dental team! This position plays a critical role in keeping our clinical team efficient and maintaining the highest standards of sterilization and infection control. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in supporting patient care behind the scenes. Responsibilities Clean, sterilize, package, and organize dental instruments and cassettes Maintain sterilization logs and infection control protocols Prepare treatment rooms and trays for hygiene and doctor procedures Stock operatories and monitor supply inventory Assist with clinic flow and turnover between patients Ensure sterilization area remains clean and organized Follow OSHA and CDC infection control standards Qualifications Dental experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and team-oriented Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Positive and supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within an expanding office Competitive pay based on experience Modern technology and updated facility Full-time position with consistent hours
