Nights | 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM •Weekend Availability Required• Overview A-Line Staffing is seeking 3 experienced Certified Sterile Processing Technicians to join a leading healthcare facility in Detroit. This temporary assignment will provide coverage for an employee on
FMLA/LOA.
The Central Sterile Processing Technician is responsible for ensuring sterile instruments, equipment, and supplies are properly processed and available to support patient care and surgical services. Responsibilities Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, sterilize, and distribute surgical instruments and medical equipment. Maintain compliance with infection control and sterilization standards. Ensure sterile products and instruments are readily available to healthcare team members. Monitor and maintain sterilization equipment and supplies. Accurately document sterilization processes and quality control measures. Follow established policies and procedures related to sterile processing and patient safety.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of Sterile Processing experience . High School Diploma or equivalent required Completion of a Central Sterile Processing Technician program, aide training program, or at least 6 months of Central Supply experience. Current
NICHSPDP
