Job Overview:

RWJBarnabas Health is looking for a Full-Time Central Sterile Coordinator for our New Brunswick campus.

Qualifications:

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent, CRCST Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician thru IAHCSMM or CBSPD required, CIS Certified Instrument Specialist required, At least 3 years work related experience in a Sterile processing department,

Preferred:

CHL Preferred Certifications and Licenses Required:

CRCST Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician thru IAHCSMM or CBSPD required, CIS Certified Instrument Specialist required,

Scheduling Requirements:

Days to work Full-Time Schedule 40 hours a week

Essential Functions:

Coordinates and orders all supply needs of the department, Responsible for all instrument repairs and coordinating with the manufacturer on the returns and loaners if needed, Works closely with the Peri-op leadership team and CSP leadership to identify future instrument needs, additional instruments and consistent par levels of back-ups to maintain daily operations
