Sterilization Technician Las Vegas, NV | Established Community Health Center Dental Practice Join a Team That Makes a Difference Our busy Community Health Center dental practice is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to support our clinical team and help ensure a safe, efficient, and organized environment for both patients and staff. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards, enjoys working behind the scenes, and understands the important role sterilization plays in delivering quality patient care. What You'll Do Clean, disinfect, package, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment Operate sterilization equipment and maintain sterilization records and logs Ensure compliance with OSHA, CDC, and infection control standards Prepare instrument trays and treatment rooms for patient care Organize and stock operatories and clinical supply areas Monitor inventory levels and assist with supply management Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the clinical area Assist dental assistants and providers with clinic support tasks as needed Help ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced dental environment What We're Looking For Previous dental, medical, or sterilization experience preferred Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment Excellent organizational and time management skills Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to follow established protocols and procedures Positive attitude and willingness to learn What We Offer Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision) Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan options Stable, full-time schedule Opportunities for growth within a growing healthcare organization Supportive team environment focused on patient care and community service Why Join Our Community Health Center?
