What You'll Do:
Decontaminate surgical instruments including drills, scopes, and devices like DaVinci Assemble instruments across multiple service lines, including trauma, loaners, and peel packaging Conduct sterilization using Sterrad and steam sterilizers Handle high-level disinfection (HLD) and scope processing Manage sterile storage area Act as an OR liaison to coordinate instrument needs and readiness Utilize the Censitrac tracking system for instrument management and documentation Support department operations and ensure compliance with sterilization protocols
What You Need:
Current certification in sterile processing (CBSPD or CRCST) Prior experience in sterile processing or a similar role Knowledge of decontamination, sterilization, and instrument assembly procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills About the
