Were currently seeking a dedicated Sterile Processing Technician to join our Surgery Department at our Galion location.

Position OverviewPerforms and participates in decontamination, cleaning, assembling, packaging, scanning, sterilization, storage and distribution of reusable surgical instrumentation and equipment. Performs other duties as assigned or required.

QualificationsRequired:

High school graduate or equivalentCRCST Certification - Certified Registered Central Service Technician or obtained within six months of hire.

Preferred:

Knowledge of medical terminologyExperience cleaning and sterilizing instrumentsPrevious experience working in a healthcare facility working in the Sterile Prep Department. Why Join the Avita Health System Team?
