Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay:

$32.88/hour Benefits include: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Responsible for high-level disinfection of surgical instruments including drills, scopes, and DaVinci tools Perform decontamination and maintain sterile processing workflows Assemble instruments across all service lines such as trauma, loaner, and peel packaging Operate sterilization equipment (Sterrad and steam methods) Handle HLD and scope reprocessing Manage sterile storage and inventory control Serve as OR liaison, ensuring timely and accurate instrument processing Utilize Censitrac tracking system for workflow management Follow safety protocols and standards to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance

What You Need Required:

Current CBSPD or CRCST certification Relevant sterile processing experience, including sterilization and scope handling Knowledge of Censitrac or similar tracking systems Ability to work scheduled shifts accurately and efficiently

Preferred:

Experience with HLD (High-Level Disinfection) and OR liaison duties Familiarity with all aspects of sterile processing across multiple departments About the Assignment This position is based at a busy hospital in Westerville, Ohio, dedicated to providing exceptional patient care through efficient and compliant sterile processing procedures.
