Contract Job Duties:

Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment according to established protocols. Operate and monitor sterilization equipment (steam autoclaves, low‑temperature systems, etc.) to ensure proper sterilization. Clean and disinfect reusable medical instruments using manual, mechanical, and ultrasonic methods. Inspect instruments for cleanliness, damage, and proper function; report and remove defective items. Assemble surgical trays and case carts according to surgeon preference cards. Label, package, and store sterile supplies following infection control standards.

Job Requirements:

Recent 2 years of working experience as a Sterile Processing Technician is required. Minimum 1 year of Endoscopy experience is required HSPA/CBSPD and CER Certification required BLS Certificate is required Experience working with Evotech (ASP) systems is required The candidate must reside more than 75 miles from Bend, OR 97701

Schedule:

Day Shift 5x8 40 hours/week
