Precision Oral Surgery & Implant Center is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sterilization Tech to join our well-established team. This role ensures the cleanliness, safety, and readiness of our clinical environment, supporting our dental professionals in delivering exceptional patient care. Precision Oral Surgery & Implant Center Experience:
Stocking treatment rooms with necessary supplies and materials Cleaning operatories and ensuring a sterile environment for patient procedures Properly cleaning and sterilizing surgery instruments Wrapping and storing instruments in accordance with sterilization protocols Performing clinical noting and documentation as required Maintaining and operating autoclaves and other sterilization equipment Assisting with patient consenting procedures prior to surgery Supporting the dental team with additional clinical tasks as needed Other tasks requestedRequirements:
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures in a clinical environment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures precisely. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with sterilization equipment and procedures. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
