Sterile Processing Technician Quadrant, Inc. United States, Virginia, port s Jun 10, 2026 Sterile Processing Technician port s, Virginia Pay From $22/hr.
MUST:
Experienced Sterilization Processing Technician 4 plus years of Sterilization Processing Technician experience Must have experience in Central Sterile or Operating Room Must have experience working in a surgical center or in hospital Must have a strong knowledge with OSHA regulations Must have an active BLS certification
DUTIES:
Sterilization Processing Technician will be responsible for, but not limited the following: Decontamination, cleaning, processing and sterilization of all instruments, reassembly and wrapping of instrument sets, proper use of sterilizers, sonic cleaners and other related equipment and maintaining a clean, safe workplace Technician will work as a team member within the entire department Responsible for the decontamination, processing and sterilization of all dental instruments, and equipment to be used for the care of the patients according to policy and procedure and care standards Ability to take direction from others and follow through in a concise manner, which also promotes efficiency Ability to communicate using written, verbal, non-verbal skills when interacting with team members Ability to set priorities and anticipate needs of others Acts to protect and advance patient's best interest Maintains knowledge of equipment, expected patient outcome, and anticipated complications •Quadrant, Inc. is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
