as a Sterilization Technician, where your role is crucial to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for our patients. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about dental health and committed to excellence in sterilization practices.

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning and sterilization of dental instruments and equipment. Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards. Assist in inventory management of sterilization supplies and equipment. Prepare and organize instruments for dental procedures. Monitor sterilization equipment and report any malfunctions. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth workflow and patient care. Participate in ongoing training and development related to sterilization best practices.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; certification in sterilization preferred. Previous experience in a dental or medical sterilization role is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Knowledge of infection control standards and sterilization techniques. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures. Current CPR certification is a plus.
