Travel Pay Rate:
$1500 weekly ($17/hr w2 + $820/week stipend)
Local Pay Rate:
$30/Hr - $32/Hr on w2

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Technician (SPT) for a 13-week travel assignment at a nationally recognized Level I Trauma and teaching hospital . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in decontamination, instrument assembly, sterilization, robotic instrumentation, and orthopedic surgical trays. This role supports a high-volume surgical environment with specialties including orthopedics, urology, cardiac, neuro, ophthalmology, and robotic surgery. Duties Perform decontamination, inspection, assembly, wrapping, and sterilization of surgical instruments and trays. Process and maintain robotic, orthopedic, spine, and ultrasound instrumentation. Reprocess flexible endoscopes and specialty equipment according to facility standards. Operate sterilization equipment and monitor biological and chemical indicators. Assemble case carts and maintain accurate instrument tracking documentation. Support productivity expectations while ensuring quality and patient safety standards. AL01 Requirements Minimum 3 years of Sterile Processing experience . Minimum 2 years of travel Sterile Processing experience . Previous Level I or Level II Trauma hospital experience required. Current
CBSPD, CRCST
(HSPA) , or equivalent national certification . Current BLS certification . Experience with decontamination, assembly, wrapping, and container systems . Orthopedic and spine instrumentation experience required. Must be proficient with Da Vinci robotic instruments and ultrasound equipment processing. Preferred Qualifications Experience with T-Doc instrument tracking system. Experience with Sterrad sterilization equipment.
Productivity expectation:
24 trays per shift .
