Additional Details:

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only)

Required Credentials:

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Uses surgery equipment, robotics, SPD sterilization equipment, SPD decontam equipment, and SPD instrument tracking (SPM).

Shift & Scheduling:

No on-call. Occasional weekends required.
