Job Description

Work Schedule :
100% FTE; Day Shift. Schedule range Monday - Friday 6:30AM - 3:00PM. You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking Surgical Services Equipment Coordinator to: Troubleshoot and provide guidance on the proper use of Surgical Services equipment and implement repairs as required. Manage equipment and facilities within Surgical Services and be a contact for the Operating Room. Coordinate preventative maintenance of applicable Surgical Services equipment based on the UW Health Medical Equipment Management Plan. Qualifications High School Diploma Required Completion of surgical technician program or other applicable certifications and/or degrees. Preferred Work Experience 1 year of applicable experience in a healthcare setting. Required 3 years years of experience in an operating room healthcare setting or perioperative environment.
