We are looking for someone who truly enjoys dentistry, thrives in a collaborative team setting, and naturally takes ownership of their role and responsibilities. Our office is continuing to evolve into a modern biologic/wellness-focused specialty practice utilizing advanced technology including lasers, digital workflows, surgical implant care, and periodontal therapy. We value professionalism, efficiency, attention to detail, warmth with patients, and strong communication. The right person for this role: Is proactive, organized, and dependable Anticipates needs before being asked Understands urgency, follow-through, and workflow efficiency Is comfortable in a fast-paced specialty/surgical environment Takes pride in accurate documentation and clinical preparation Works well independently while also being highly team-oriented Treats patients with kindness, professionalism, and emotional awareness Wants to grow with a long-term private practice team
Position Details:
Specialty periodontal and implant practice 3-4-day work week Monday-Thursday schedule Advanced technology and modern systems Supportive private/non-corporate environment Competitive compensation based on experience and skill level Target compensation range: approximately $23-$28/hour for the right candidate This role is ideal for someone who wants to be part of building something exceptional — not someone simply looking for another office to work in.
