$78•$80/hr

$3,120•$3,200/week Job Summary Adventist Health Lodi Memorial is seeking an experienced RN First Assistant (RNFA) to support surgical procedures in the operating room. The RNFA will function directly with surgeons during operative procedures, assist with incision, dissection, suturing, and perioperative patient care while ensuring sterile technique and patient safety. Requirements Active RNFA experience (1-2 years required) Perioperative nursing experience (preferred 2+ years) Strong OR clinical experience Ability to function as first assistant during surgical procedures Experience with intraoperative patient management and sterile technique Strong critical thinking and surgical support skills Required Credentials Active California RN License Completion of an accredited RNFA program (AORN standards required) CNOR Certification (Required) BLS Certification (Required) PALS Certification (Required) Preferred Credentials CRNFA Certification AORN Membership
