Work-Life Balance:

Monday-Friday, 7 am - 4:00 pm. No nights. No weekends. No on-call. Your Role As a Oral Surgery Assistant , you will: Provide expert chairside support during a wide range of surgical and implant procedures. Provide top-level support and instruction during consultations to set the stage for an exceptional patient experience. Anticipate surgeon and patient needs with precision and professionalism. Mentor and model teamwork for junior assistants and peers. Manage CBCT imaging, EHR documentation, sterilization, and compliance protocols at the highest level. Deliver thorough, compassionate pre- and post-operative patient education and care. Contribute to a positive, collaborative environment that drives both patient satisfaction and practice growth. What We're Looking For 5+ years proven experience as an oral surgery assistant consistently in an oral surgery office (required). BLS & X-Ray certification required;

DAANCE, OMSA, ACLS

strongly valued. Deep understanding of surgical protocols, safety, and compliance. Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and patient-relations skills. Commitment to supporting surgeons, cultivating team success, and delivering world-class patient experiences. Flexibility to rotate between our three San Diego locations ( 92120, 92117, 91913 ) as needed.

Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay:

$28 - $36/hr.
