OneSolution Dental Implant Centers Full-Time Position Competitive Pay Based on Experience Surgical Dental Assistant (2-5 Years Experience Required) Join Our Growing Implant and Surgical Team! OneSolution Dental Implant Centers is seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Surgical Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced dental practice. The ideal candidate must have 2-5 years of dental assisting experience , strong surgical assisting skills, and be proficient in Open Dental software . Experience with implant dentistry, extractions, All-on-X procedures, and oral surgery is highly preferred. We are looking for a dependable team player who is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities Assist doctors during surgical and restorative dental procedures, including implants, extractions, bone grafting, and All-on-X cases Prepare and set up operatories for surgical and general dental procedures Ensure all surgical instruments, materials, and supplies are available and ready before procedures Monitor and maintain sterile fields throughout surgical procedures Take CBCT scans, panoramic X-rays, and digital radiographs as needed Accurately chart treatment notes and clinical information in Open Dental Review patient medical histories and ensure all necessary consents are completed Educate patients on post-operative instructions and home care Prepare, sterilize, and maintain instruments in compliance with OSHA and CDC standards Turn over operatories efficiently between patients Stock and maintain clinical inventory and surgical supplies Coordinate and submit cases to dental laboratories with proper documentation Assist with impressions, model preparation, whitening trays, and other laboratory duties Support the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations and an outstanding patient experience Perform additional duties as assigned by the
Doctor or Practice Administrator QualificationsRequired:
Minimum 2-5 years of dental assisting experience Experience assisting with surgical procedures Knowledge of implant dentistry and oral surgery Proficiency in Open Dental software X-Ray Certification Active CPR Certification High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
Experience with All-on-X and full-arch implant cases Experience with CBCT imaging Expanded Functions certification (if applicable) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Skills & Attributes Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Outstanding communication and patient care skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to anticipate doctor and patient needs during procedures Benefits 401(k) Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO)
