Certified Surgical Technologist First Assistant

Job Summary Pay:

$42.00 per hour We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist First Assist for the OR to support surgeons during operative procedures in a fast-paced operating room environment. In this role, you will assist with surgical exposure, suturing, clamping, and maintaining the sterile field while anticipating the needs of the surgeon and care team. This position supports a wide range of procedures, including robotic-assisted surgery, and plays a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality patient care.

Shift Differentials:

$2.80 per hour for night shifts $2.00 per hour for weekend shifts $1.00 per hour procedural differential Qualifications Must have both the Certified Surgical Technology certification AND the Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) certification. Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology Program or Military Surgical Technology Program.
