The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and able to work as a team as well as independently without having to be micromanaged. Salary is open for discussion and will be based on experience and skill set you have to contribute to our rising team.
Responsibilities:
X-rays, photos, CT scans, lab work, patient records/notes/charting. Surgery setup/breakdown, instrument sterilization, surface disinfection. Typing and charting notes for the doctor in exams and assisting in surgery through 4-handed dentistry. Inventory management for dental supplies, dental implants, etc. Phone calls when necessary with patients, referring offices, dental reps for supplies and/or work orders. Qualifications and Skills Certified EFDA or established 1 year of dental assisting experience is required. Dentrix software knowledge is required. Implant knowledge is a plus. Dexis imaging software and Prime scan intraoral scanner knowledge is a plus. Must be organized with attention to detail, have strong typing skills for detailed notes and practice good time management.
