Lead Dental Assistant:
Elevate Clinical Care :
Provide elite chairside support for RCT, retreatments, and apical surgery using surgical microscopes and CBCT imaging.
Lead Clinical Operations :
Own the sterilization process, manage clinical supply inventory, and ensure 100% protocol compliance. Anchor the
Patient Experience :
Create an environment where patients feel calm, informed, and cared for from start to finish.
Mentor and Grow :
Support the training and daily effectiveness of the dental assisting team as a clinical leader.
What You'll Bring:
Experience :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Endodontic and surgery assisting.
Certification :
Current Illinois IEMA Radiation Safety and CPR/BLS certifications.
Mindset :
A proactive, problem-solving approach and a commitment to zero-shortcut clinical excellence.
Education :
Completion of a dental assisting program and active state registration. EFDA and CBCT certifications are strongly preferred.
