Experienced Surgical Assistant Needed - Freelance / Part-Time Healthy Smiles of La Grange⁠ is seeking an experienced surgical assistant to help support a growing full-arch implant and sedation practice. We are looking for someone who is confident in a fast-paced surgical environment and comfortable assisting with advanced implant procedures, including full-mouth reconstruction cases. Position Details Freelance / Part-Time Flexible scheduling Same-day surgery support needed Competitive pay based on experience Located in La Grange Preferred Experience Oral surgery or implant surgery assisting IV sedation or anesthesia monitoring experience preferred Experience with full-arch / All-on-X cases is a major plus Strong organization and communication skills Comfortable with digital workflows and fast-paced surgical days Responsibilities Surgical setup and breakdown Chairside assistance during implant surgeries Sterilization and operatory organization Patient support and post-op assistance Coordination with clinical and lab teams We are building a highly efficient, modern implant center with advanced digital workflows and are looking for someone dependable who can step in and help keep surgical days running smoothly.
