Pay:

$23.00-$28.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level. Our physicians are recognized for their meticulous techniques, commitment to excellence, and exceptional patient care. We are seeking an experienced Hair Transplant Surgical Technician to join our highly skilled surgical team. This position is ideal for an individual who is detail-oriented, takes pride in precision, and thrives in a collaborative surgical environment where quality is always the top priority. Previous hair transplant experience is required. Applicants without direct hair restoration experience will not be considered. Responsibilities Assist physicians throughout all phases of hair transplant surgery. Perform follicular unit graft dissection with precision and consistency. Prepare, sort, count, hydrate, and organize grafts while maintaining graft integrity. Assist with graft placement and provide intraoperative surgical support. Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment. Deliver compassionate, attentive care throughout the patient's surgical experience. Collaborate closely with physicians and fellow surgical technicians to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes. Adhere to established clinical protocols while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Qualifications Required:

Previous experience as a Hair Transplant Surgical Technician. Experience with follicular unit graft dissection and handling. Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail. Strong work ethic and ability to maintain focus during lengthy procedures. Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit surgical team.
