Operating Room Tech

Our Willis Knighton Bossier campus is seeking a certified surgical technologist, or eligible to become certified, to assist our professional staff. Our facility has seven inpatient surgical suites and a four-suite outpatient pavilion. This facility is Bossier City's only full-service community hospital, offering a variety of surgical procedures with an emphasis on orthopedic sports medicine procedures. All applicants must be a graduate of an accredited program for surgical technologists. Call will be required with a 30-minute mandatory response time. Your job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to; assisting all surgical staff members, ensuring each patient receives optimal care, following all the national patient safety goals, assisting with case preparation, assisting in draping patients, instrument counts, assuring all supplies are available and equipment is in proper working order prior to all procedures.
