Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) Relevant experience in Operating Room Technology (ORT), with a focus on cardiovascular or surgical environments Demonstrated ability to assist pre-operative patients and maintain optimal standards of care Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Current BLS/CPR certification
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation, care, and support of pre-operative patients in the surgical suite Ensure sterile techniques and surgical procedures are maintained at the highest standards Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other professionals for safe and efficient surgical interventions Operate, monitor, and maintain surgical equipment Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and respond promptly
