Oral Surgery Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated, dependable, and team-oriented individual to join our growing, fast-paced Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery practice. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and has excellent people skills, with the ability to make patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit.

Responsibilities:

Provide chairside assistance during oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures Prepare patients for treatment and deliver clear pre- and post-operative education Take dental radiographs Assist with anesthesia administration and monitoring Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure a positive patient experience Support overall clinical workflow to ensure efficient, high-quality care

Qualifications:

Dental assisting experience and/or completion of a dental assisting program preferred Current X-ray certification preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with the ability to ease patient anxiety Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment If you are a someone with a strong commitment to patient care and teamwork, we encourage you to apply.
