Job Description

Position Summary $30K Commitment Bonus The Assistant Manager, Nursing (ANM) supports the Nurse Manager in the supervision and coordination of nursing services within a designated patient care area. This role involves planning, providing, supervising, and documenting professional nursing care using the nursing process for patients in accordance with provider orders and established policies and procedures. The ANM plays a key role in promoting quality outcomes, staff development, operational efficiency, and a culture of excellence in patient and family-centered care.
Minimum Requirements Education:
Graduated from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing program, or higher.

Minimum of BSN required
Licensure:
Current unrestricted RN license required.

American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
