Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Surgical Coordinator/Medical Assistant, where your expertise will directly enhance patient care and streamline surgical procedures. This role combines clinical support with administrative coordination, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and providers alike. You will be at the forefront of outpatient and inpatient surgical settings. Your dedication will contribute to delivering exceptional patient service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Responsibilities
  • Coorrdinate cosmetic and surgical procedures from consultation through Pre-op/post-op care.
  • Schedule surgeries and communicate with operating facilities
  • Educate patient on proceedures, pricing, financing and pre/post operative instructions
  • Assist provider with patient care and clinical duties.
  • Manage patient charts, consents, photos and documentation
  • Handle phone calls, patient follow ups and general office support
Requirements:
  • Previous plastic surgery experience
REQUIRED
  • Surgical coordinating experience
REQUIRED
  • Medical assistant experience
REQUIRED
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitasak and work efficiently with a team enviornment
