Job Description
Busy Orthopedic practice seeking a full-time Surgical Coordinator/Lead Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities include; surgical scheduling and oversight of daily office work flow, identify, report and assist in correcting all operational problems, schedule templating/adding hours as needed with physician approval, notifying Operations Manager and Radiology Administrator of any and all schedule changes, addressing all patient matters/complaints/quality control, supervising assigned personnel, assists with hiring and training of assigned staff, maintains provider applications and credentialing information for participating health insurance plans, works with Operations Manager to maximize collections at the front desk, liaison between staff, patients and physicians, assists in resolving IT issues and various other tasks.
