This role involves supporting surgical teams by preparing operating rooms, assisting with patient care before and after procedures, and ensuring a safe, efficient environment for both patients and staff. Duties:
Assist with preparing operating rooms by setting up sterile supplies, instruments, and equipment in accordance with surgical protocols. Support patient care activities including positioning, transferring, and monitoring patients before and after surgery under supervision. Maintain strict adherence to infection control standards and ensure all surgical areas are sanitized and organized. Assist surgical staff during procedures by passing instruments, managing supplies, and ensuring the availability of necessary materials. Help facilitate smooth patient flow through the perioperative process by coordinating with nursing and medical teams. Participate in critical care transport when required, ensuring safe transfer of patients between departments or facilities. Document patient information accurately and assist with administrative tasks related to surgical procedures as needed.
MUST HAVE
1 full year of customer service experience required
MUST HAVE BLS
cert & a HS diploma/
GED Benefits :
