First Shift Responsibilities & Requirements:
Job Responsibilities:
Three or more years experience in a Materials Management related position. Working knowledge of computer based procurement system Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software Working knowledge of office equipment operation including ,computer, fax machine, etc. Performs a variety of computer input, supply procurement processes for departments and/or product categories/companies as assigned. Assumes Charge responsibility in the absence of the Manager. Assists the Manager in all aspects of Material Distribution and inventory control. Assist and adjust all par level forms. Assist Material Management in strengthening relations between KHN departments and Material Distribution to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Displays strong leadership qualities and a positive attitude. Uses proper phone etiquette and maintains professional appearance at all times. Works on time and attendance and schedule, performs par leveling back up as needed. Performs cycle counts and maintains records as required. Ability to multi task and cover all areas of Materials Distribution as required. Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Completion of High School or it's equivalent
