Impact By:

Being a surgical scheduler for refractive, cataract and laser procedures, as well as help patients understand financial responsibilities and obtaining consents for surgery. Ensuring patients have a clear understanding of their insurance coverage and financial expectations

• reducing confusion and creating a seamless surgical experience.

Coordinating surgical care from consultation through post-op, creating a smooth, stress free experience for patients. Creating daily evaluation reports to verify in-network insurance status, complete detailed benefit verifications (including deductibles, co-pays, and coinsurance), obtain required referrals and prior authorizations, and develop accurate financial estimates for patients. Answering patient phone calls promptly and addressing patient concerns. Processing Mission Vision and patient assistance program applications for patients. This is a hybrid role combining surgical coordination and patient advocacy—ideal for someone who enjoys both detailed administrative work and meaningful patient interaction.

You Have:

A high school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred Investments in

Starting at $21.00/hour.
