What We're Looking For:
Friendly, reliable individuals who genuinely care about patients A positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility A willingness to show up, work hard, and stay engaged in a fast-paced setting Ability to work closely and effectively with doctors, nurses, and teammates Previous dental or oral surgery experience is a plus—but not required (see below) We're happy to train the right person—but you must be extremely motivated to learn! If you have good common sense (like knowing your right from your left), can follow detailed instructions, and have at least a basic knowledge of the medical/dental field- let us know!
Certification & Growth:
You'll be expected to obtain your Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license within a reasonable timeframe after hire. In addition, DAANCE certification (Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification Examination) will be expected once you gain experience in oral surgery assisting. We'll provide training support and guidance to help you achieve these milestones — all we ask for is dedication and follow-through!
Your Day-to-Day:
Assisting the oral surgeon during procedures Preparing and sterilizing instruments and treatment rooms Supporting patients before, during, and after surgery Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records Helping keep our clinical flow smooth and efficient

Position Details:
