Nearly three decades of consistent growth and patient satisfaction Established referral network and reputation Transparent practice management and customer service protocols The Opportunity — Arlington Our Arlington office is our anchor location and one of the busiest in the group, with a full surgical and restorative case mix including All-on-X, single and multi-unit implants, bone grafting, sinus lifts, IV and oral sedation cases, and full-arch reconstruction. We're hiring a Lead/Surgical Assistant to run the back-office floor alongside our existing leads, support Dr. Zamora and our associate doctors through surgical days, and mentor the rest of the clinical team. This is a senior-level seat, not an entry-level one. You'll have ownership over how surgical days run, how the rooms turn over, and how the clinical team develops. What We're Looking For 3+ years of chairside dental assisting experience, RDA in Texas Documented surgical assisting experience (implants, extractions, grafts; All-on-X experience strongly preferred) Comfort with IV/oral sedation monitoring, vitals, and emergency protocols CBCT capture experience; YOMI experience is a strong plus (we'll train the right candidate) Confident running a surgical tray setup and breakdown without supervision Leadership instincts — comfortable mentoring junior assistants, enforcing sterilization and OSHA protocols, and holding the floor when the doctor is between rooms Nitrous monitoring and coronal polishing certifications preferred Excellent communication skills with both patients and team members Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow within an expanding practice What We Offer Lead-level compensation reflecting surgical and supervisory responsibilities Direct mentorship from Dr. Zamora, MAGD Hands-on work with YOMI, Fotona, and the most advanced surgical technology in DFW Doctor-owned culture that prioritizes patient care over corporate metrics Clear path to growth within an expanding four-location practice Comprehensive benefits package and continuing education support Collaborative team environment focused on clinical excellence Ready to Join Our Team?
