If you are adaptable, dependable, and excited to gain hands-on experience with implants, All-on-X, and oral surgery, we want to meet you! What You Will Do Travel between our Keller and Richardson locations as scheduled to support surgical and clinical needs Assist the surgeon chairside during implant placements, All-on-X procedures, extractions, and other oral surgeries Prepare operatories, surgical trays, and instruments prior to each procedure Take and process digital X-rays and CBCT imaging (training provided) Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout each procedure Follow all sterilization, infection control, and HIPAA protocols Document clinical notes accurately after each case Build strong working relationships with both office teams What We Are Looking For Active Texas RDA license required All experience levels welcome — whether you are newer to the field or seasoned in surgical assisting, we want to talk to you Comfortable traveling between two locations as part of your regular schedule Reliable, flexible, and adaptable to different office environments Strong attention to detail and a calm, professional demeanor Eager to learn and grow in a specialty surgical setting What We Offer Competitive pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour based on experience Health and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Monday - Friday Variety of experience across two modern specialty offices Supportive team and growth opportunities within a multi-location dental organization
