What You'll Do:
Assist in
Cutting-Edge Procedures:
Work alongside skilled oral surgeons, ensuring the highest standards of care during surgical procedures. Prepare for
Success:
Organize and sterilize surgical instruments, set up the operating room, and ensure everything is ready for smooth, efficient procedures.
Patient Care Extraordinaire:
Provide comfort, clarity, and support to patients, guiding them through pre-operative, surgical, and post-operative processes. Be the Backbone of the
Surgery Team:
Handle X-rays, and assist with anesthesia administration, all while maintaining a sterile environment. A Partner in
Care:
Update patient records, monitor vital signs during surgeries, and offer follow-up care instructions to ensure a seamless recovery process.
Stay Ahead:
Ensure our surgery rooms are fully stocked with essential tools, supplies, and equipment, helping maintain a well-oiled operation.
What We're Looking For:
A Caring Professional:
Strong communication skills with a passion for providing top-notch care and comfort to our patients.
Organized & Efficient:
Detail-oriented, able to multitask under pressure, and maintain a clean, safe, and sterile environment.
Collaborative and Respectful:
Skilled at being encouraging and motivating to team members, fostering a positive and uplifting environment that promotes collective and individual growth.
Experienced:
Prior experience in dental or oral surgery and Certification as a Dental Assistant or Surgical Technician is a prerequisite.
Certified & Prepared:
